Affiliate terms

Transparency is key in our affiliate program. These rules are laid out to ensure clarity and satisfaction for everyone involved, with no unexpected surprises.
  • You cannot refer yourself.
  • To receive a payout, you must reach a minimum balance of $100. We pay at the end of each month.
  • Payment will not be issued for refunded subscriptions.
  • Commissions will not be issued for subscriptions that cancel within the initial 7-day period of their subscription.
  • You'll receive your commissions after a 45-day maturation period from the date the payment was received. This timeframe allows for any potential fraudulent chargebacks or disputes. For instance, if a payment was received on January 1st, expect your commission to mature around February 15th.
  • The cookie life of your affiliate link is 90 days.
  • Creating materials, including advertisements, promotions, or resources that aim to imitate or compete with the Warmbase brand is strictly forbidden..
  • We reserve the right to terminate your involvement in the Affiliate Program and/or withhold commissions for specific subscriptions at any time.
